Young athlete sprinting at full speed across a grass field in intense motion

The Coach Behind Athletic Foundations.

With over 25 years of competitive experience in touch football — including representation at regional, state, and national level — I understand what it takes to perform. This isn't theory. It's knowledge built through years of competing at the highest levels of the game. For more than a decade, I've coached junior and senior athletes across development and representative programs. The pattern I've observed consistently is this: athletes who move well, perform better. Improved movement mechanics translate directly to greater speed, sharper agility, and heightened confidence — on the field and beyond. Athletic Foundations was established with a clear purpose. We develop the fundamental movement skills — speed, acceleration, agility, and change of direction — that give young athletes a measurable edge in their sport. But the outcomes extend further than performance alone. Athletes who train well move with greater self-assurance, and that confidence carries into every area of their lives. Speed, agility, and movement are coachable skills. In the right environment — one built on structure, encouragement, and individual progression — young athletes are capable of remarkable development. I would welcome the opportunity to be part of your athlete's journey.
